I’m Kevin Malone, a holistic health and performance coach specializing in helping people resolve pain and build a body that supports the life they want to live. I’ve spent the past 16 years studying the human body and guiding clients toward lasting health and alignment, first in the U.S., and now from my home on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast.
My work is shaped by years of continuous study and integration across proven systems and modalities, including the CHEK Institute, SOMA, and mentorship from some of the most respected coaches in their fields.
I blend biology, psychology, and holistic awareness to uncover the root causes of pain and imbalance. With empathy, presence, and clear intention, I create a space for growth, helping you restore vitality, resilience, and connection to your whole self. I work with clients in person and online around the world.

You can expect each session lasts between 1 to 2 hours and is fully customized to meet you exactly where you are: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
