What is a CHEK Practitioner?
A holistic approach to corrective exercise, high-performance kinesiology, and lifestyle integration.
CHEK Practitioners are trained in a holistic approach to corrective exercise, high-performance kinesiology, and lifestyle coaching.
The system integrates assessment, movement, and lifestyle factors to understand how the body functions as a whole. This includes posture, breathing, movement patterns, and the influence of stress, nutrition, and recovery on overall health and performance.
Rather than isolating symptoms, the approach focuses on identifying underlying imbalances and addressing the body as an interconnected system.
I have completed the CHEK Practitioner program to the Master level, a distinction held by a small number of practitioners worldwide. This reflects extensive training in assessment, program design, and the integration of structural, physiological, and lifestyle-based strategies.
I use this framework to guide how I assess, prioritize, and design programs, supporting both rehabilitation and performance with a more complete understanding of the body.
