After completing assessments and questionnaires, you’ll receive a custom-designed program (within 7 business days), including personalized exercises, breathwork, nutrition, mindset practices, and more. This design process takes 1–3 hours and is billed hourly.

All work begins with a consultation. We will assess your situation, clarify your goals, and determine the right direction forward. If it is a good fit, I will provide a proposal outlining the next phase of work.
