About
My name is Kevin Malone, born in the coastal haven of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, on February 27, 1986. I found solace and passion in nature's embrace. From surfing to wrestling and running through the woods, the outdoors became my sanctuary.
College life led me to Rugby and history studies at The College of New Jersey, where despite earning a bachelor's degree in History in 2009, my path veered into strength and conditioning coaching through a transformative internship. Beginning one-on-one coaching in 2010, | reveled in guiding individuals towards lasting positive change.
In 2011, fueled by wanderlust, I ventured to Nicaragua's Emerald Coast, where I embraced a lifestyle of surfing, coaching, and perpetual summertime.
My coaching journey evolved into a tapestry interwoven with anatomy, biology, psychology, and more, crafting a personalized approach to address root causes of pain and imbalance, guiding each individual towards vitality and purpose.
At the core of my coaching philosophy lies mindful presence, authenticity, and care. With a keen ability to empathize and establish a safe, supportive space, I meet clients where they are, fostering autonomy and growth. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, cultivating a conscious and authentic relationship with mind, body, and spirit.
My mission is to empower individuals to embrace their best selves, finding beauty in their existence and embracing each moment with mindfulness and intention.
